Aid organisations have scaled up their response to the ebola outbreak in West Africa. The International Federation of the Red Cross is sending 9 more health specialists to Guinea, where the epidemic has killed an estimated 102 people. The charity has also launched an emergency fund-raising campaign. Across the border in Liberia, an estimated 13 people have died from the virus. Nationwide health education campaigns are at a crucial stage
