The World Health Organization says it may take up to four months to contain the deadly Ebola virus in West Africa, saying it is one of the “most challenging” outbreaks ever.

Ebola is still spreading in three “hotspots” in southern Guinea having already jumped borders into Sierra Leone and Liberia. In Guinea more than 100 people have died.
