Women of Hope International, Founder and CEO, Kim Kargbo returns to Memphis after an emergency trip to Sierra Leone; facing Ebola epidemic. WOHI ministry has worked in Sierra Leone for over 5 years with women with disabilities. With the recent Ebola outbreak, WOHI staff have mobilized efforts to provide proper education dealing with Ebola as well as needed supplies provided through a partnership with Samaritan’s Purse. Kim just returned from this trip a few days before producing this radio show. Kim brought two women, Ruth and Hawa, which work with WOHI in Sierra Leone. Ruth Ada Kamara is the Program Manager. Hawa who has been blind since three months of age, is a WOHI Board Member. Mid-South View Point airs on Bott Radio Network 640 AM and 100.7 FM in Memphis, TN and is hosted by Byron Tyler.
