President of Guinea declares national emergency over Ebola
The president of Guinea has declared the country to be in a "national health emergency" and announced a string of measures to combat the deadly Ebola virus.
The measures include a ban on moving bodies from one town to another and any suspected victims will be automatically hospitalised.
At the weekend, Guinea closed its border with Sierra Leone, leaving stranded passengers on both sides. Some had just popped across to buy food at the market and were unable to go back home.
