Nurses in Sierra Leone have started to come back to work as the United Nations’ Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon visits West African nations affected by the Ebola outbreak.

The deadly outbreak has claimed more than 7,000 lives so far while aid is only just beginning to reach some of the worst hit communities in Sierra Leone.
