There are many battles still to come for the survivors of the Ebola virus that plagued the western coast of Africa. Studies are now showing that former Ebola patients will experience everything from headaches to memory loss and long term vision issues. Scottish nurse Pauline Cafferkey was one of the most high profile patients for the most recent outbreak. But she has currently been hospitalized a second time after her recovery from the virus. But there are thousands of residents of Liberia, Sierra Leon and Guinea who are dealing with similar health issues and some that are incredibly serious. Doctors at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke said that these problems will continue to effect survivors for the rest of their lives.
