Liberia builds new treatment centres in its battle to contain Ebola epidemic

As Sierra Leone plans to introduce a countrywide “lockdown” in the battle to control West Africa’s worst Ebola outbreak, neighbouring Liberia is trying another tactic.

The government there is building five new treatment centres including the renovation of an old clinic to try to cope with the increasing number of those infected.
