IOM responds to the new Ebola virus disease outbreak in N’Zérékoré, Guinea

Days after a new cluster of Ebola virus disease was identified in the N’Zérékoré prefecture in Guinea, IOM has mobilised alongside public authorities to immediately respond and help prevent the spread of the disease. Health screening points were set up in Goueké, where the first cluster of cases was identified, and other surveillance activities are ongoing at points of entry, including contact tracing.
