Ebola Spreads to Uganda: The Implications

An Ebola outbreak, now the second-most deadly in history, has been spreading in the eastern provinces of Democratic Republic of Congo since August 2018. Recently the first cases have been reported across the border in Uganda. This video explores the significance of the new cases, and examines the failure to get this outbreak under control, and the implications of that failure.
