Good the private sector SHOULD invest. So should all of the other
governments that are not effected in Africa, because sooner or later that
shit will spread and hit their populations! So its better to invest $1
billion now rather than losing $30 billion in the long term if Not MORE and
if spreads to other regions in Africa it could cost 5 times that.
