A Nor-Cal EMS Webcast Educational Series

“Ebola 101 – Update for EMS System Stakeholders” presented by Dr. Eric Rudnick, MD, FACEP, FAAEM, and recorded live in front of an audience at the October 25, 2014 Northstate Prehospital “Fall” Conference.

Ebola 101 provides timely information on the current situation of this infectious disease. Dr. Rudnick covers many topics including basic Ebola facts regarding the disease, symptoms, the transmission of Ebola, worldwide outbreak and case counts, demographics, and risk assessment. He also covers how we are preparing as well as the new PPE guidelines.

The epidemiological data and recommendations are current for 10/25/2014. It can change rapidly in regards to the EPI data and recommendations.
